Welcome to Iwill. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Iwill. Iwill is operated by Bobby Carnevale as a sole proprietor.

WHAT IWILL IS (AND ISN'T)

Iwill is a social platform where users publicly post mock wills — declaring who they'd leave their stuff to, planning their own funerals, and creating drama around inheritance. It's entertainment. It is not a real estate planning tool, will preparation service, or legal document. The "wills" created on Iwill have no legal force whatsoever.

If you want a real, legally binding will, talk to an actual estate attorney.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old to use Iwill. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that we believe belong to minors.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share your login, don't impersonate anyone else, and don't create accounts on behalf of people who haven't agreed to these terms. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know.

CONTENT RULES

Iwill leans into dark comedy. That's the point. But there are limits. You may not post content that:

Threatens, harasses, doxxes, or incites violence against anyone. Promotes self-harm or suicide. Sexualizes minors in any way. Contains hate speech targeting protected groups. Infringes someone else's intellectual property. Reveals private personal information about someone without their consent. Constitutes spam, scams, or coordinated abuse. Is intended to genuinely distress, deceive, or harm a specific person rather than participate in the joke.

We may remove content that violates these rules and suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly cross the line. We reserve the right to make judgment calls about edge cases.

CONTENT YOU POST

You retain ownership of the content you create on Iwill. By posting, you give us a license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the service and in promotional materials about Iwill. This license ends when you delete the content, except where we've already used it in promotional materials that have already been published.

You're responsible for the content you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

TAGGING OTHER PEOPLE

Iwill lets you tag other people in your wills, including people who aren't yet on the platform. Be thoughtful about this. Tagging someone in something genuinely cruel, harassing, or intended to embarrass them is not what this is for and may result in your account being removed.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Iwill is an evolving project. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may also discontinue the service entirely. If we shut Iwill down, we'll try to give you advance notice and a way to export your data.

DISCLAIMERS

Iwill is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or secure. We're not liable for content posted by other users. Use of the service is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Iwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (which, for a free service, is zero).

TERMINATION

You can stop using Iwill at any time and delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your behavior puts other users or the service at risk.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Iwill after changes means you accept the updated terms.
